As y...I know Adam used this often but never did it. As you know I am a strong believer that emotional well being has more to do with it so if you get the right day it will look good. I mean I had only 3 hours of tennis officiating this weekend and a whole bunch of rest my noon 4 mile run was over a minute a mile faster with the same heart rate data than the same course last week when stressed and tired. So if you use it, make sure life factor are consistent so you avoid a false positve or negative. I am running Saturday and my girlfriend was excited about hooking up as you wife has a pace she loved. Let me know. I stay off the pavements but have a nice 5 out and 5 back on the river trails unless the water keeps rising.
